Some people seem trustworthy when they approach strangers but they are not and this is one of the things that Mike learnt when he dealt with different con artists. This is the reason why he advises people to find out whether the strangers who approach them are trustworthy before deciding to work with them.
The other thing that Mike wants young people to do is to avoid working with people they feel that are not trustworthy. Because everyone can be conned by con men, Mike wants to share this information with as many people as possible so that they can know how to avoid becoming victims.
